The architecture is striking and the location is beautiful: the PHOENIX Lake residences were completed in 2015 and offer exclusive homes on the shores of the lake in the south of Dortmund. Once characterised by the blast furnace and steel works, the district is now a lively mix of homes, businesses and leisure, populated with nano-technology and IT companies, tranquil natural areas, restaurants and culture – with the 240,000 m² Phoenix Lake at its heart. The apartments are custom-fitted with high-quality materials, including the bathroom, where the compact designer TistoLine shower channel is discreetly integrated in the level-access shower.
