The large-scale Priwall Waterfront tourism project with a direct view of the Trave and Lübeck Bay has a total area of around 61,000 m² and offers top-class holiday homes. Three different types of property can be found there: the Passat villas, which originate from an architecture competition, are the big eye-catchers at Priwall Waterfront. The modern, urban-style promenade villas are characterised by their natural, modern spa architecture. The cosy yet luxurious villas are embedded in the dune landscape. The holiday residences are all already tastefully furnished with high quality. When it came to the bathrooms in the roughly 250 residential buildings, the planners opted for level-access showers equipped with the Dallmer CeraFloor Select shower channel, setting a stylish tone with this designer product.
