With the new ward at their orthopaedic centre, the "Waldkliniken Eisenberg" clinics prove that top-class medicine and quality of residence are not mutually exclusive. The 5-storey building combines 128 patient rooms with catering, functional and recovery areas. The team of architects, who pool expertise from the luxury hotels sector and experience in hospital construction, thus resolutely follow a principle of "healing architecture": If you feel comfortable, you will recover more quickly. Facilities which are reminiscent of hotel rooms and provide a relaxing view of nature, put the focus on the patient as a guest. This love for detailed features is also reflected in the bathrooms, where floor drains of the tried-and-tested series 15 from Dallmer are used.
