At the end of 2018 Dallmer opened the fifth company annex. Not only does it provide more space for production and administration, but it also impresses with innovative architecture, including an ecologically significant green roof. The drainage experts from Arnsberg took care of the concept for roof drainage themselves. The drainage technology – roof drains, overflow drains and raising pieces – are of course also from the company' own production. With a cultivatable area of almost 800 m², the Dallmer green roof has a positive effect on the air quality and the interior climate. It also provides the public sewerage system with relief as it absorbs larger quantities of rain, releasing it only very slowly as it evaporates.
