On 01.07.11, Harry Bauermeister was appointed a member of the management team at Dallmer GmbH + Co. KG Sanitärtechnik in Arnsberg.

Harry has worked for the medium-sized, family-run company for many years and brings a wealth of experience to the position. His specialist knowledge ensures continuity in the company's technical and marketing operations.

A 47-year old graduate engineer, Harry studied mechanical engineering at Dortmund University, majoring in quality management systems. He joined Dallmer immediately upon graduating in 1993. Harry initially assumed responsibility for implementing a QM system, he also built up the quality department and successfully steered the company towards its DIN EN ISO 9001 certification. As assistant to the management team, Harry played a vital role in many of the company's operative decisions and strategic developments. In 2000, he was assigned commercial power of attorney.

This internal appointment of a longstanding employee underscores the tremendous importance of operational qualifications and the close corporate culture at Dallmer Sanitärtechnik.
