While level-access showers are increasingly popular, they are not always easy to install - particularly when renovating old buildings. Often it is not possible to take the drainpipes through the ceiling, meaning that a level-access shower could only be achieved by raising the floor. In such cases, planners and builders appreciate every millimetre in build-in height that can be saved. And now it is possible to professionally install a level-access shower even in very low floor structures - with TistoPlan from Dallmer. This new compact thin-bed floor drain is based on the proven TistoDrain technology and offers reliable sealing technology with minimal space requirements. With a build-in height of just 78 mm it is particularly suitable for conversions and renovations - and is often the only way to install sophisticated Dallmer technology reliably and with barrier-free accessibility. What's more, the floor drains are certified to DIN EN 1253.
TistoPlan is an ultra-flat, one-piece complete drain with integrated sealing flange and height-adjustable grating. Thanks to the perforated edge and fleece lining, the flange is ideally prepared for integration in the screed and for accommodation of the bonded waterproofing. The supplied TistoDrain fabric collar within the sealing layer is added reinforcement for the transition from floor to drain. The flow rate is 0.6 l/s. As is standard with Dallmer, the trap insert can be removed for quick and easy cleaning. The housing has a variable DN 40/50 outlet and a ball joint that enables quick and tension-free connection. To ensure optimum coordination with the selected tile format, two complete drains with stainless steel grating are available: TistoPlan K 10 with 95 x 95 mm frame and TistoPlan K 12 with 120 mm frame.
